Heritage Meats Gourmet makes their sausage in-house with no fillers at all. All prepared varieties of sausage are NON-MEDICATED and GLUTEN FREE.  Heritage Meats also uses celery extract to naturally cure the meat products.

Furthermore, all of our Deli Meats we make in store we use a celery extract in place of nitrates.
